Such events include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, pandemic, internet outage, cyberattack or cybercrime and any other event outside our control. - Sanctions

13. Entire agreement

14. Law and jurisdiction
