    9.2  If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision of these terms and conditions would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
    10.    Force majeure
    You agree that we are not liable to you for any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such events include war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, actual or threatened terrorist activity, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, fire, pandemic, internet outage, cyberattack or cybercrime and any other event outside our control.
  2. Sanctions

You agree that we are not liable to you for suspension or non-performance of this agreement as a result of the imposition of applicable laws or government action, including without limitation sanctions and that we do not acquire any additional obligations under this agreement as a result of the imposition of such laws or action.

12.2  The exercise of the parties' rights under a contract under these terms and conditions is not subject to the consent of any third party.

13.    Entire agreement
13.1  Subject to Section 5.1, these terms and conditions, together with our Privacy Policy shall constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of our website, services, forums or online events and shall supersede all previous agreements between you and us in relation to your use of our website, services, online events and forums.

14.    Law and jurisdiction
14.1  These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English procedural and substantive law without regard to principles of conflict of laws.
14.2  Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
